imtrexinc.com is a B2B trade website operated by Imtrex Inc. It is intended for use by business professionals — grocery buyers, wholesale distributors, retail operators, food service buyers, and industry professionals — evaluating or managing a wholesale supply relationship with Imtrex.

This Site is not a consumer retail platform. We do not sell products directly to individual consumers through this Site. Consumer customers are directed to doliveusa.com.

You may use this Site for lawful business purposes only. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract Site content beyond what a standard web browser renders in a single session without written permission from Imtrex
• Use the Site in any way that interferes with its normal operation

Wholesale Account Terms

Submitting a wholesale inquiry form on this Site does not create a wholesale account, constitute an offer to purchase, or obligate Imtrex to supply products on any particular terms. A wholesale account is established only when Imtrex confirms the account in writing and provides you with account documentation including pricing and terms.

Pricing and Availability

Pricing and product availability information shown on this Site is provided for general reference and is subject to change without notice. No pricing shown on this Site constitutes a binding offer or a firm quote. Actual wholesale pricing for your account is provided in your wholesale agreement and in the Imtrex catalog, which is issued separately and updated periodically.

Product availability is subject to import cycle timing, inventory levels, and manufacturer capacity. Imtrex makes reasonable efforts to maintain consistent inventory of core SKUs at our Fair Lawn, NJ warehouse, but availability cannot be guaranteed for all SKUs at all times.

Catalog PDF documents are issued periodically and may not reflect current pricing or inventory at the time you download them. Contact us for current pricing confirmation before placing an order.

Credit Terms — Reference for Existing Accounts

Imtrex extends Net-30 payment terms to qualifying wholesale accounts. Credit terms are established through the wholesale account application process and are documented in your account agreement. Net-30 terms are not automatic — they are approved based on trade references, purchase volume history, and Imtrex's credit evaluation process.

Accounts not meeting Net-30 eligibility may be offered prepayment terms. Credit terms are not modified or established through this Site.

Warranties and Disclaimers

This Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Imtrex Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness of Site content for any particular purpose.

We make reasonable efforts to keep Site information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that all information — including product descriptions, availability, certifications, and company information — is error-free at any given moment. For decisions involving purchase commitments, compliance requirements, or legal obligations, verify current information directly with Imtrex before relying on Site content.

Imtrex does not warrant that this Site will be available without interruption, that the servers hosting it are free of viruses or harmful components, or that defects will be corrected on any particular timeline.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these terms or your use of this Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

By using this Site, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Disputes arising from wholesale account agreements — including pricing disputes, delivery claims, product quality claims, and payment disputes — are governed by your wholesale account agreement and its dispute resolution provisions, which are separate from these Site terms.
