Who We Are

Imtrex Inc. is a B2B wholesale importer based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. We import Turkish and Mediterranean consumer packaged goods — including personal care products (Dalan, d'Olive, Babyish, Deep Fresh) and food products (Yudum, Rosolini) — and distribute them to US grocery retailers, wholesale distributors, and ethnic market operators.

This website, imtrexinc.com, is a B2B trade website. We do not sell products directly to consumers through this site. The people who visit and contact us are grocery buyers, wholesale operators, distributors, and industry professionals evaluating a wholesale supply relationship.

This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and what your rights are.

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and limited technical information collected automatically when you visit the site.

Information you give us directly: When you submit a form on this site — the wholesale inquiry form, the catalog request form, the contact form, or the journal newsletter subscription — you provide information including:

We only collect what the form asks for. We do not collect payment information through this site — all wholesale transactions happen through direct communication with our team, not through web-based checkout.

Information collected automatically: This site uses Cloudflare Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. Cloudflare Analytics does not use cookies, does not store personal information about individual visitors, and does not build behavioral profiles. It provides aggregate traffic data — page views, geographic regions, device types — without identifying you as an individual. We have no visibility into who specifically visited which page.

How We Use Information

Information you submit through our forms is used for the following purposes:

• Responding to wholesale inquiries: When you request catalog access or submit a wholesale inquiry, we use your contact information to respond with the information you asked for. A member of the Imtrex team contacts you directly by email or phone.
• Sending the wholesale catalog: If you request the catalog PDF, we email it to the address you provide. We may follow up once to ask if you have questions. We do not add catalog requesters to an ongoing marketing list without explicit consent.
• Journal subscription notifications: If you subscribe to the Imtrex Journal, we use your email address to notify you when new articles are published. We do not use the role information you provide (Buyer, Operator, Distributor, etc.) for segmented marketing — it is used only to understand our readership.
• Responding to general inquiries: Contact form submissions are used to respond to the specific question or request you sent.

We do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or behavioral targeting. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.

How We Share Information

We share information only in two limited circumstances:

• Email delivery: We use Resend (resend.com) to send transactional emails — form confirmation emails and catalog delivery. Resend receives the email address necessary to deliver the message. Resend does not use your address for its own marketing purposes.
• Legal requirements: If we are required by law, court order, or government authority to disclose information, we will comply. We would notify you if permitted to do so.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising tracking technology on this site.

Cookies and Analytics

Cloudflare Analytics, which we use for traffic analysis, operates without cookies and without any client-side JavaScript that profiles individual visitors. No cookie consent banner is required for Cloudflare Analytics because no cookies are set.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or session recording tools. If you use a browser with ad-blocking or tracking protection, it will not interfere with the site's function.

Your Rights

If you have submitted information to us through a form on this site, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion: Ask us to delete your information from our records. We will comply unless we have a legitimate business reason to retain it (for example, an ongoing wholesale account relationship).
• Opt out of communications: Unsubscribe from Journal notifications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any notification email, or by contacting us directly. Wholesale inquiry follow-up is not promotional communication — if you have submitted a wholesale inquiry, we will respond to it; if you do not wish to continue the conversation, simply let us know.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Children's Privacy

This website is directed at business professionals and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data Retention

We retain wholesale inquiry and contact form information for as long as the potential business relationship is active — typically 24 months from last contact if no account is opened, or for the duration of an active wholesale relationship plus 5 years thereafter for record-keeping purposes.

Journal subscription emails are retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, we delete your address from the notification list within 30 days.

If you request deletion of your information, we will remove it from our active records within 30 days and from any backup systems within 90 days.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this privacy policy materially — adding new data collection, changing how we share information, or changing our retention practices — we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not retroactively change the policy in ways that affect information already collected without providing notice.

We do not have a registered user base or subscriber list that receives policy change notifications — the updated policy will be at this URL when changes occur.
